AXXESS, more like ASSLESS

We moved into a new home and Axxess assured us that we would have no issues with our wifi. We pay R650 each month but the Fibre NEVER FXXKING WORKS!

In the last month and a half, I have sent through 19 tickets. The wifi is off and on constantly. Since Friday, we've had 3 hours of wifi.

I keep sending pictures and creating tickets and they've now completely stopped replying.

DO NOT USE THEM!!
