Axxess Mobile sim only a ****

I've been a fibre client with them for over 2 years now, never missed a premium.

We moved to a different area, onlu mobile was available. I recieved the sim from them, chose to use my own router, ZTE MF286C, which is on there list of approved routers.

Now they blocked me, saying its not an approved router, but Ive sent them a picture of it and also my slip when I bought the router.

Still they insist its not an approved router, now I dont have wifi, but they want me to give a months notice.

Mesning this is a **** they running now.
