Axxess misinformation

Since we had no joy with Vodacom we decided to go with Axxess on their MTN LTE special. They sent me an invoice yesterday for the router with no bank account but which said "we are a registered approved beneficiary with all the banks". We don't have any banks in our town and drove all the way to Colesberg (110 Kms) to pay only to be told by Absa that Axxess is not on their list of approved beneficiaries. Is Axxess going to reimburse us for this unnecessary expense? If we have problems with them before we even have the wi-fi what will happen to future problems?
