Axxess/ Metrofibre dropping the ball

No internet for more than a month now. Problems with hardware supplier Metrofibre but nothing resolved yet. Said they would send lte modem and Sim card to tide us over until problem resolved , but that never materialized either. Normally good service for Axxess, but they have dropped the ball here big time!
