Axxess low speeds

Upon calling the call centre to lay a complaint of almost no speeds on my internet line,Yondella the agent that had supposed to be helping me states that if I do not have a laptop or pc that uses a wlan connection there is no way I can be assisted.She then went further as to just keeping quiet on the line after I speak with no replies.Axxess please help me get my internet back up and running with speeds.The agent also mentioned that she cannot send a technician out to me,as that is wasting company funds,seriously?
