AXXESS living up to their reputation...

My "free" service was anything but free. The minute I canceled, I got charged, and when asked about it, they hung up on me - when trying the LIVE CHAT feature, they closed the window on me. My server was down at least once a week (some weeks up to 4 times) for 6 months. I got shouted at by a support agent, and two people now hung up on me. I'm sitting with at least 4 support requests that were not answered. I now canceled my hosting package, got charged for a domain, AND I lost the domain.
