AXXESS literally leave their customers hanging!!!

I received an SMS from Axxess on Thursday 09/05/2024 last week stating that there would be a problem with my internet service. It is now Monday 13/05/2024 and suddenly, I have no service at all.

Axxess, this is NOT what I pay for.

I have tried to call your 24 hour help line 4 times already, and just get left hanging on the line and listening to your stupid music, because no-one bothers to answer the phone.
