Axxess - line upgrade without approval at extra cost - no help resolving

Extremely disatisfied with their service. They upgraded our line at a cost an extra cost of R220pm without our approval. No customer support to resolve in spite of trying through their chat link 4x - just get the same response ... it is done ! Cannot recommend them on the back of this.
