Axxess line conversion offer not sincere

Be careful of Axxess! They are full of promises but it all amounts to smoke and mirrors. After being an ADSL client for many years, Telkom discontinued the service in my area. Now this is no fault of Axxess and at least fibre was rolled out to replace ADSL. I have 2 adsl lines with Axxess and noticed they were offering a 1000 rand voucher when converting from adsl to fibre. So I duly preordered to have both my lines converted. All good so far and after the first fibre line was successfully installed I duly enquired about my R1000 voucher. After many excuses I was finally told I don’t qualify because I clicked the wrong button! I then complained about their UI which was conveniently fixed without acknowledging fault. I was then told I don’t qualify for the voucher on my other line either! This amounts to false advertising as far as I’m concerned. At the end of the day I converted my adsl lines to fibre which is exactly what the offer stated but at the time I app**** there was no clear indication I had to indicate I’m converting. If I have existing lines how can they be classified as new? This is just sheer deception on their part!
