Axxess Lies

Ordered a Telkom 10mbps Lte and payed prorata. After order i call them several times and spend more then 2h30min on the phone because its not active. I asked them whats telkom response. Then only they told me after waiting almost 12 hours that telkom will only activate simcard on monday. They dont work on saturdays. So i have to wait after the weekend but have to pay for the weekend and waist time on the phone from the morning to find out in the afternoon late telkom can only help 2 days later. But was promised by Axxess it would be only a hour. Its quick to provision.
