Axxess lack of support

Have email with Axxess. They keep blocking my account claiming spam abuse. I sent clean Malware scan to them on Tuesday. By Saturday still not unlocked. I called. Spent 40 minutes in the line for consultant to eventually request an anti virus scan too. Sent that Saturday at 19h00. By Thursday still no response. I called Thursday at 18h00. When consultant realised she cannot resolve the matter she merely cut me off. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
