Axxess Lack of Service

Was better to deal with Telkom. I ordered Fibre two months ago. Paid two subscriptions and cancelled today. Have to pay a cancellation fee of R999 and guess what, never used one mb of their data. Over 2k for no internet? Would definitely not recommend them.
