Axxess knows how to treat their customers

I recently ordered a MTN fixed LTE sim from axxess and wasn't aware of the fact that MTN require you to use a supported router. I requested a refund but on further study of their packages found that they also offer a Telkom sim. I asked if it was possible to cancel my current sim and then use that credit I have to get the Telkom sim. They made it happen and the response was fast which is why this was such a awesome experience. I was ready for war but they put my needs first as the customer which is why I believe I'll be with them for a long time. Thank you to Azola Galela and everyone else involved in making this possible and putting the customer first. Awesome service and keep up the good work.
