Axxess ISP worst provider provider!

Axxess is the worst ISP. On their site it says they have been voted the best internet provider. The worst! You send them a mail, and all you get is a ticket number. No solution. When you call their centre number they assure you it has been solved. And yet not. I am paying for a 120/60 Meg line. Yest when you do a speed test, you get 0.5 download speed and 1 Meg upload speed! Far off from my 120/60 Meg line. I should not pay for this kind of speed! This is the old Telkom internet of the early 2000's! Stay away from Axxess if you want good service and excellent speed. Their router also struggles to work. You struggle to connect! Just stay away, because they are not the best as they claim.
