Axxess ISP is ***

For some reason, I became a reseller with axxess not to make money but to assist my clients with a speedy fibre installation, that I can mange and as the process is quite simple without having to sign documents and credit card details etc OOOOH how I have regretted this, the last 3 installations have been an absolute nightmare between axxess (this company doesn't deserve to have a capital letter) and its fibre installers. My current client was a simple process as they moved house and as a vumatel and axxess client already, one would think this would be plain sailing, not a chance , I have used over 700minutes on my phone, talking to both these clowns , and my client is still not active, the one blames the other one , this after receiving a sms on Friday and an email on Saturday that the line is active. My only words to you are stay far away , if these guys won best ISP awards over the years geeeeez the other ones must be pathetic. Not sure why I am writing this as they do not respond to hellopeter as they don't have the brain capacity to reply in a meaningful manner,
