Axxess ISP Hosting not worth a moment of your life

Axxess is very lax with their hosting. Customer service take their time like there is no tomorrow. Logging a ticket is similar to coughing, a sound, a puff of wind, and it's over. Axxess rarely bothers to work on those tickets and if your site, such as in my case, loses its DNS binding, can be offline for days. No matter how much pressure (follow-up) you apply, they fiddle-faff (or just ignore the problem) and your site stays down. What reputable ISP hosting company gets an IP binding on DNS so wrong they can't fix it, more to the point, why did it go awry in the first place? In my opinion Axxess is an inadequate choice for hosting and have a very incapable customer support service desk. Little to no communication during an outage coupled with ineffective resolution with no explanation of why the problem manifested. It's a black box interaction in an acutely sub-optimal fashion.
