Axxess is useless!

I cannot deal with the incompetence of Axxess anymore. I have been trying to change my fibre from 20/2 to 20/20 for 3 months.I've been told numerous times it cannot be done. Then it can, then it can't again. Support emails are rep**** to in 3 days if you're lucky, or not at all!

Finally I get them to process the upgrade. I get an sms saying the line is upgraded. I get home to speeds off 220Kbps or worse. After 30 min of waiting for "tech support" to answer,ask they can do (by their own admission) is an me to reboot my router. They can do nothing else. They suggest I take a screen shot and send to guys where......? Email support.

I'm so done with you Axxess. Useless staff all around.
