Axxess is useless

I have Axxess data plan on my MTN sim contract. According to MTN and the iStore, Axxess has done something to my account that whenever I use data, it doesn't go through my Axxess data, but through my MTN contract. Axxess has caused me unbelievable problems and wasted my money. They are terrible! They deserve a minus 10 star rating
