AXXESS IS TOTALLY USELESS AND FALSELY ADVERTISING A SERVICE...

We received out Modem on Friday for the MTN LTE "special" being promoted by Axxess. After numerous phone calls to the support centre, we are still not able to connect to MTN. The last agent we spoke to was curt and rude, and was not prepared to provide any further assistance. Yet we are being charged R799 for data and a service that has not materialized. We are now trying to cancel the service and get our money back for what can only be described as false advertising.....
