Axxess is the worst ISP I have dealt with.

Totally bad service from Axxess. Firstly, they sent me a router that doesn't work. I have been trying for more than 2 weeks to get the router replaced. Secondly, they have poor communication, they take forever to respond to emails and don't return my calls after I have to call them.
