Axxess is the worst internet provider ever

I keep losing the internet on daily basis. Whenever it happens i must contact their call centre to reconnect me. Their standard waiting time is about 30-55 minutes. Unfortunately you will get disconnected and keep going to the back of the queue. Yesterday i started the que at around 08:30. I got assisted around 16:00. Same issue again and i have not worked the whole day. They also don’t know what is wrong, they just tell you we will reset the system. Joining Axxess was the worst decision of my life. Even this small sized internet companies are doing a better job
