Axxess is the worst in the world

Been a customer for many years now but the service that they offered when I joined has been on a steep decline ever since. Quick to take your money but when a problem crops up you are on your own. Always a telkom problem that they can't sort out. I pay Axxess not Telkom so Axxess should sort out the problem not me. After spending hours on the phone at my own cost absolutely nothing gets done. Time to change my service provider. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these fools. It's not worth the aggravation. Go elsewhere... Anywhere is better believe me. BTW they probably won't reply to this as they never do
