Axxess is the worst ever

Axxess is the most terrible service provider. I have a 20MG line and it runs at a speed of 4 and is off for at least 5hours a day. They refuse to send out a tech team to correct this problem. I am canceling my service, and I will go to another provider. I recommend no one to use Axxess.
