Axxess is the worst company I have dealt with in my entire life by far and I'v used telkom

An entire week and two days without internet, thats more than R200 rand worth of internet. that axxess will not pay back when they eventually fix my internet. If someone stole R200 from me I could take them to jail, cant take axxess to jail. I have had to spend an extra R700 on mobile data. What is worse is they resolved a fault connected to my account before I even had internet back. Now days later after i complained daily they only creating a new fault.
