Axxess is the worst company ever!!!!

Giving this company a 1 star rating is much more than they should ever wish for since their "so called" support never seems to resolve anything or even have a proper response on any tickets etc. The best answer to anything so far is, "our technicians are looking into it" and that's where it ends.

Not to mention trying to get through to the "so called" hosting department. Sit and wait on the line all day just to repeatedly bounce back to general support and rejoin the back of the queue when I get transferred back to hosting for the 1000th time, because of no answer from "so called" hosting.

5 days later and the new sim card isn't working and no possible solutions?
