Axxess is the worst

The worst mistake anybody can make it sign up with axxess for internet service. It's a nightmare dealing with such incompetence from accounts to technical department. They don't even have technical support to come on site to assist with service when down. I have had no internet service from the time of a migration that took place without informing us( 3 weeks ago). I have made over 50 calls since then. They have no track record of previous correspondence and with drive you insane, as if you are speaking to robots. They will cost you a fortune of time, money and misery. Good luck
