Axxess is the worse

I hate these people for taking my money and not giving me the servive. Be careful when you take out a service from them because they change it after you took it out.

I've paid them R299 for the uncapped LTE telkom service and after two months they said I need to pay R599, tbey said it was on ly a two months promotion but it didn't state that the day I signed up, when I lookd on their website the service was added. I asked accounts to refund me my R299 but was told I've been charged for Januainvoice and they will not guve my a refund. I never received the January service because they've cut me off for the month of January.

Times are really tough and a person don't really need this kind of robery from service providers, now I'm R299 sort and they are R299 richer. Please do not use their services as they are ******.
