Axxess is the slowest ISP I have ever dealt with.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They have a lot of people ready to help, only to provide no help at all. I ordered fibre almost 4 months ago, frogfoot cameout only to discover that there was no connection box outside my house. I opened a ticket with Axxess and they strung me along for three month, never giving me any feedback unless I asked how things are going, to which they rep**** that they will check with frogfoot, but not once could they give me any word from frogfoot or proof they actually contacted frogfoot.

When a connection box was finally installed outside my house we informed them about it and still nothing happened. We contacting Axxess to try find out when we would be installed and they hadn't even contacted frogfoot to set up an installation until after the second call to them.

I wouldn't recommend Axxess to anyone.
