Axxess is terrible

Absolute shocking service( if one can call it service) After 70 hours of receipt of the offered "sim only" LTE it has still not been activated. I have now sent 5 emails and made 4 phone calls. still without any success. Even requesting a call back and progress report falls on deaf ears. Shame on you.
