Axxess is PATHETIC

Two weeks ago, I bought an MTN Fixed LTE Sim card from axxess, little did I know that they are the worst ISP ever. Till this day, I can't get the Sim card to work, I was told that I was using routers that were not approved by MTN. Went and spent more money buy a new approved router only to be told by axxess that the Sim doesn't work due them Migrating all Cell C customers to the MTN LTE which I don't why the MTN service is affected. Before that, I was told that my sim is locked to my old router which they said is not approved by MTN. Such a PATHETIC service from axxess. Had I checked HelloPeter, I would have never bought the service from axxess and thinking that I referred so many people to them makes me even more sad that they too will experience such poor PATHETIC service. First thing Monday morning, I am logging a call to get my money back, I don't care for axxess, will find a service provider that cares about their customer and offer superior support to that of axxess.
