Axxess is not what they used to be!

As a reseller of this company's products, I would suggest look for someone who actually answers their phones and resolve your issues. I have been logging tickets and phoning for 3weeks now, to get my clients problems resolved but nothing gets done on Axxess' side. Axxess doesn't care about their clients!
