Axxess is not the ISP it used to be

Axxess is sadly not the ISP it used to be! Original ticket was logged on the 17th Dec 2019 requesting my two remaining numbers be cancelled. I received no response from the support office until I sent an email enquiring about the ticket around the 17th Jan 2020. Now I am told that I need to wait until the end of February before I can cancel the numbers! Axxess, your support incompetence is NOT my problem!
