Axxess is not secure.
I have gotten the most **** service from Axxess. My internet has been off for almost two months and keeps working intermittently. Apparently it is possible for two devices to connect to my account and kick me off of their network. I have uset over 50 Terrabytes of data without having an active internet connection. I have gooten 0.5mbps if I am lucky. How is it possible that two devices can connect to my Axxess account?

29 Mar 2023, 06:12And apparently they do not log issues and tickets when you phone them. The support yesterday was unaware that we had any issues due to the last ticket bedimg logged the 14th of March. Despite me calling 6 times after then.
