Axxess is no better than Telkom.

I have had the worst experience with multiple internet providers in South Africa. The latest being Axxess. I have paid for a full month's service and had the service re-instated after one month during lockdown that my finances did not allow me to afford the service. During that time, the service was suspended, and I accepted it. But when I paid for the service, I expected it to be on, and get the service that I paid for. I only had two weeks of service, and suddenly without notice, my service is canceled and switched off. What about the amount of money that was paid, and no service is being provided? I have told them to keep the service canceled and I am going to leave reviews on this platform. I will also be complaining to ICASA.
