Axxess' is ncompetent and costing me money

I have contacted Axxess support team several times during this week and last week because of their RAIN LTE becoming slower and slower and for the last 3 days is not even working at all anymore.

This is not a coverage issue as I am using a separate simcard directly from RAIN and that is working just fine. Im also sitting with a -3DBi RSRQ signal strength which by anyone with knowledge of signal knows this is absolutely brilliant

Axxess support is quick to ask you for details to ticket boost themselves, and when they actually need to do some work nothing comes of it.

So tho cut to the chase, the last three days I have had to use my alternative RAIN simcard, put almost R500 of spend on it already because Axxess is ***********

The issue is most certainly between axxess and rain. Somehwere they *****ed up and are not man enough to admit this. My debit order for R1600 went of for their LTE today so will be taking this matter to court soon as that is clear **************** with a service that is not working at all, in full coverage
