Axxess is just one big *****. Stay away.

Axxess is a pathetic service provider that stops responding to your correspondence as soon as you highlight their issues.

I paid for an entire month in October, but have been without service for half the month. Their story - a technician will come out. I am still waiting and I haven't received any correspondence.

On request for a cancellation, Samantha, one of their consultants, stated that I cannot cancel immediately until a technician is unable to fix the issue. I am still awaiting the technician.

I informed Samantha that it is unacceptable and then correspondence stopped. I have not heard anything further.

So, today, Axxess deducted another monthly payment. They have not fixed the error which left me without a needed service for half a month and now continued to deduct money for a service they will never fix.

Axxess is just one big *****.
