Axxess is inaccessible

I must admit, after being a customer for 4yrs I couldn't believe the customer service I received.

Not only was I not able to reach the support center to try and solve my issues but after countless emails, video footage and 1hr wait times in the phone queue still no-one at this company gave two ****s about trying to solve my issues.

Honesly just shocking and shameful...would've stayed with telkom if I wanted ****ty customer service. Would not recommend this company as an ISP to anyone as they are inaccessible which is ironic as they have axxess (access) as their name. 9/10 dentist don't recommend.
