Yes, there are occasions where your issue is not immediately resolved for reasons understandable as they rely on other Service providers, but for several years, this is the Service provider we use.

We've used LTE and currently using one of their Fiber options. We've used them in 3 different towns, 3 different internet solutions, in 2 different provinces. As a remote worker I rely heavily on stable connectivity, and they've been a trusted provider.

I've had several challenges, but that could be said about any other service provider, what stands out to me is their level of support, customer care and their flexibility around upgrades. They are also often way more affordable than the actual internet providers like Vodacom, MTN etc, for home internet solutions. I love that it is month to month contracts without having to sign long extended service contracts which can be a hassle to cancel.

Talking to the tech support/customer support is a joy, not nearly as tedious as talking to one of the other service providers and having to explain your issues repeatedly.
