Axxess is a waste of one's money and time - completely *********** technical staff members!

My fibre line was connected by openserve on the 20th April and since the 20th of April my internet has not worked. I have contacted axxess numerous times spending hours and counting on phone calls with *********** and the last agent very rude. While my internet has not been working they have debited my bank account twice even though they are able to see that I have not been using their service as it has never worked. The last call I made today I asked to speak to a team lead whom I was told doesn't have the time to speak tom me and would call back when they have such a time. That was at 13h30 and it is now 18h11 and no one from axxess has bothered to contact me.
