Axxess is a ****, stay away!

Most useless company ever. We have been without internet for 3 weeks and they are doing nothing about it despite us calling them everyday. They keep saying they have been waiting for openserve. Just stay away, useless is an understatement for this company. They will take your money and not provide service. Now I'm trying to change providers they won't release my line so that we can migrate to the new provider. I've had to take this issue up with ISPA, hopefully we will finally get assistance
