Axxess is a RIPOFF

I have been using Axxess as my internet service provider for over 2 and a half years. I never had issues with them until last month. I was moving from my house a new house and i went on their dashboard to see if they had fibre available or not at the new house and they didn’t. I then phoned used their messaging service to let them know that i was gonna be forced to someone else since the could not give me fibre and gave notice. To which i was redirected to the dashboard. I gave notice and i was told that i had to give 1 calendar month. So at the end of August, they took an subscription amount for September and i didn’t dispute because they said 1 calendar month's notice. They debited my account again end of September for October and when i asked why, they told me they never received notice.

These people are trying to make me pay even though they can see that i’m not using their internet anymore. They took another instalment for another month and they want another instalment again end of October for November because according to them, a calender month is from now last Friday until end of November. This is robbing people at day light. They must charge pro rate and not a full month extra month.
