Axxess is a mess don't go near them

We are now on day 7 on the phone trying to get assistance from Axxess and Frogfoot , 21 to 29 November of phone calls, emails and in return generic emails with no solutions. We have begged them to send a technician to help, to no avail. Axxess and Frogfoot took our money and we have not had one minute's usage of the internet. It has caused us huge stress. Don't go near them. They also threatened to charge us cancellation fees if we get out of this mess and return to our previous SP.
