Axxess is a Horrible serivice provider

Hi guys i had a horrible experience with AXXESS the staff doesn't know their products and procedure so for me i regret everything about AXXESS so for me its a no go the useless and don't know anything...Yesterday which was the 1s of August 2024 i had to lose 600 airtime with the staff that doesn't know anything so really guys i waisted 4 hours with people who don't know anything
