Axxess is a circus

Is there anyway I can rate them below 1 because they deserve 0. This so called ISP is the worst, the technicians lack experience, the 1st line support lack customer service. I moved my domain to them since I have been buying data and other services from them, little did I know that I am committing. Website was designed and went live just for a week before their server experienced issues. The technician responded to the call I logged and confirmed that everything is back up and that my site is visible. Yooooh, when I checked to see for my self, the site was a mess as if a child was scrabbling with puzzles and mind you the site is live to the public, so that already gives a bad image for my company. It is only 3 weeks but I regret moving my domain to this circus.
