AXXESS INVOICES ****!! STAY AWAY

I want to warn any new clients to stay away from Axxess.

Everything I was going alright until Axxess started billing me incorrectly.

Apparently I only find out that I owe them money after making payment towards what I thought were correct numbers on my invoice without knowing there are hidden charged that amount to +R700.00. I payed the R350 that I always pay every month today (23rd July) Once they're accounts department gets a hold of the funds. They then generate another invoice with what they say is Debit order reversal and reversal charges which I don't know!

Every month I go through this with Axxes. They claim that the funds don't appear into their account a couple of days after I have even sent them a proof of payment. Today I was on the call with a Rude consultant by the name Lindiwe who couldn't even give me direct answers. She had to make me wait for like five mins to go fabricate a lie to make them look like they're correct.

I want my money back or services restored AXXESS. Stop trying to **** people into paying more money for nothing.
