Axxess internet...no, Axxess nightmare

I was with Axxess before on ADSL and the service I got was always great and above par.

Since I have rejoined them a couple of years later, because Afrihost is useless as donkey ****, they have done nothing but frustrate, irritate and disappoint me. They don't answer their phones and the even less...they do not answer your tickets logged!!

Sincew when did your service become this bad to non-existent?
