Axxess internet with zero support or accountability for faults ****

Axxess used to be one of the best ISP's Now they are absolutely *******. DO NOT JOIN. Their support team is severely under staffed and they do not provide feedback on fibre issues... you constantly get the same feedback, 'we are escalating the issue" I've been u able go work for 4 days now... no income. They still haven't even managed to find the fault! I now asked to cancel so I can migrate to a new ISP. They won't release the line to me because I must now pay for next month's fees first although I cancelled on the 1st of April. Don't waste your money. Try literally ANYONE else.
