Axxess Internet - Thembakazi, best staff award!

I just want to give some well deserved recognition to an outstanding employee at Axxess. I connected my fiber yesterday and I was given very little or no information through Vumatel who my fiber box was set up through and I was struggling to get the internet connection.

A lady by the name of Thembakazi on the contact number: *** was so helpful and patient and determined to get my internet working, she took time to help me understand what was happening and calmly instructed me on what to do to get my problem fixed, as I could only add one device to my router and she stayed on the phone with me until it was working 100% and all my devices were connected.

I feel like we are so used to getting bad service that when we come across someone as amazing as her, we dont take the time to acknowledge how much it actually changes the way we feel about the entire Brand because of the phenomenal service we receive.

I hope she is valued and given the acknowledgement and recognition for her excellent work and such extraordinary service. Axxess is definately going to be successful with staff like Thembakazi on board.
