Axxess Internet Service Provider

Very poor service.Our wifi stopped working Friday 04.02.2022.Today is the 09.02.2022.I am unable to cancel my services with them until end of March because you have to give a months notice.They do not update you,you have to call in everyday.We now have to wait longer til technician one day shows up to fix the problem.They are not bothered about how this inconveniences the clients at all..I am extremely unhappy and Dissapointed.. Would not recommend this company or service to anyone especially for people with scholars.Quick to take your money and stop your wifi but cannot sort you out as fast when you have a problem
