Axxess INTERNET service is the worst

Hi on the 15th March towers burnt of Axxess. I have correspondence saying they are offline. Since then I have no use of the service but is billed every month. I have been cancelling the service since the 26 March. Apparently they have missed the cancelling email and don't want to refund me of services not delivered. Please my fellow users don't use them. They are ************ and now is saying about a cancellation fee as I have correspondence from a different department saying they will refund but no money has. They are *******
